The story of Sweetwaters Restaurant…

Sweetwaters Restaurant opened on December 20, 1985, offering Eau Claire an innovative approach to dining out with casual, comfortable surroundings. The menu was designed with every taste and occasion in mind: soup, salad or a sandwich for a casual business lunch to quality steaks, and seafood or a pasta dish for a special dinner.
When you are planning a special gathering or a business meeting for a larger group, Sweetwaters Restaurant offers private banquet facilities located in the rear of the main restaurant.
We offer three rooms that can accommodate 10 to 130 guests comfortably while offering flavorful dinners from our custom banquet menus. Over the years, Sweetwaters Restaurant has been recommended for many special gatherings, including rehearsal dinners, anniversary parties, retirement dinners, Christmas parties and many more! Sweetwaters Restaurant also hosts many local civic organizations including Eau Claire Rotary and Kiwanis Clubs.
Sweetwaters Restaurant goes to great lengths to offer the best food and values in the area. All the food at Sweetwaters is prepared to order. Our dressings and sauces are homemade. We also try to use as many local suppliers as possible so we can bring the best the Chippewa Valley has to offer. We use only custom selected beef that is aged to our specifications, and hand-cut by our chefs.
The entire staff at Sweetwaters Restaurant works hard to respond to the needs of our guests while providing you the service you expect when dining out. We are committed to value and quality.
